Where to see Roblox Credit
Roblox Gift Card Credit is not displayed on every page. Roblox says to sign in through a browser, then check the official redemption page or Billing Settings.
- Sign in to the account used for redemption in a browser.
- Open Roblox.com/redeem and look for Available Credit below the Redeem button.
- Alternatively, open Billing Settings and look for Balance beside Roblox Credit.
- If neither location shows a balance, confirm that the card was redeemed on this account.
Credit is not the same as Robux
Roblox Credit is an account balance that can be applied to eligible purchases in a browser. Robux is the platform's virtual currency. A gift card may add Credit, Robux, or a virtual item depending on the card or code type, so the confirmation message matters.
- Gift Card Credit: a browser-visible account balance for eligible Roblox purchases.
- Robux: virtual currency shown separately on the account.
- Virtual item: an inventory reward rather than a spendable balance.
Why the balance appears missing
The most common harmless explanation is checking inside a Roblox app or on a page that does not show Credit. Roblox states that Gift Card Credit is browser-only and cannot be used in the apps.
A second possibility is that the card was redeemed while a different account was signed in. Review the account name and any redemption confirmation before contacting support.
