What a legitimate code flow looks like
A normal experience-code flow is short: open the official game, find its code field, enter the text, and read the in-game result. The reward is tied to the Roblox account already running the experience.
A guide can show code text and instructions without logging into your account. It does not need an account session, password, payment, download, or browser permission.
Information you should never provide
Roblox says employees will not ask for login information. Treat anyone requesting account secrets in exchange for a reward as an account-theft attempt.
- Roblox password or password-reset link
- Browser cookies or session tokens
- Two-step verification and backup codes
- Screen shares showing account or payment details
- Another person's email address added to your account
Recognize generator and survey scams
A fake generator often begins with a username field, an animated progress bar, and a claim that a human-verification survey is required. The animation does not prove a connection to Roblox.
Roblox's official position is direct: offers of free Robux, subscriptions, or valuable items through generators are scams. Do not install software, complete purchases, or invite friends to unlock a promised reward.
Check links and downloads
Verify the hostname before entering login details. Official sign-in belongs on roblox.com or in official Roblox apps. Misspellings, extra words, unusual characters, and shortened destinations deserve caution.
Browser extensions and executable downloads can capture credentials or cookies. A code list does not need either. On shared devices, log out after playing and avoid saving account secrets in unfamiliar browsers.
If you already interacted with a scam
Act before testing more codes. Remove suspicious downloads and extensions, run a security scan, reset the password to a unique one, and enable two-step verification. Review the account email and security settings for changes.
If access or inventory was lost, contact Roblox Support quickly. Roblox notes that off-platform deals are not supported and recovery of lost items is limited, so prevention matters.
